Founded in 1999, YapStone (parent company of StorageRentPayment) is the largest electronic payments processor in the property management industry. Through the vision of founders Tom Villante, Chairman, and Matt Golis, CEO, YapStone was born. The idea was to create a payment processing company that for the first time would allow property managers to accept credit cards and E-checks with cost savings, simplified accounting, and superior technology.

Today, YapStone's processing platform has expanded to support a multitude of different payment platforms and is unrivaled in its level of experience, technology and understanding to specific needs of each industry. YapStone's headquarters are located in Walnut Creek, California with a second office in Santa Monica (CA) on prestigious Ocean Avenue which provides a fantastic view of the Pacific.
